I liked all the characters but I thought that Kramer was the most entertaining.He should've at least got a spin-off

Kramer was great, but only in the doses he was on in Seinfeld. An entire show around him might not have worked out.

because Kramer is terribly overrated.

The only reason Kramer is funny is because he is the comic relief on an already funny show. Seinfeld is a generally intelligent show, and a show about Kramer would not have been nearly as good. Kramer was funny, but only for the 5 minute subplots they gave him every episode. Normally the stupid things he did was mainly a device for connecting everyones activities.

The Kramer Chronicles was going to be the title of the proposed end of Seinfeld spinnoff which included Kramer getting Kramerica Industries off the ground and hooking up with Thersa HEINZ Kerry on perfecting his recipe for ketchup and mustard in the same bottle.

I'm not sure how or if any Seinfeld spinoff would have worked out....

The great thing about Seinfeld is that there were usually 4 funny storylines going on at once involving the characters... A whole show devoted to just one of those situations? I'm not too sure.

In any case they would need to make sure to surround them with a good supporting cast for some good subplots.

I gotta go, Seinfeld is starting....George wont tell Susan his ATM code.

I don't think it should have been Kramer. sure Kramer was a pretty funny character. But all the character made the show what it was. I don't think it should even had been called Seinfeld.

Well Seinfeld seems like the proper name to me, after all it was about Jerry's life and his standup gig. There was originally no Elaine and Kramer was just the wierd nut living across the hall.

That whole Kramer character evolution thing.

"Kramfeld" :lol:

I don't understand why it took Jerry and the others so long to find out Kramer's first name. They could have found out by looking at a piece of his mail, asking Babs, his mother or a number of other ways.

How would they snoop at his mail? Jerry and Kramer lived in an apartment building where the mailboxes are locked. You need a key to get in unlike a mailbox at a house. As for Babs, they did not know where she worked until Kramer took George to meet her.

Well, Jerry had the key to his apartment. Jerry could have gone in there when Kramer was away and snooped around. Or maybe Newman could have looked him up in the postal database.

Love Kramer, but a show based around him as the lead wouldn't work.

He was good in small doses. He is the quintessential supporting character, not a lead.
