Anyone who has this channel, are they still showing the six episodes of Under One Roof? I need them if you're willing to record them for me. Respond here.

Yes, I wanted better quality tapes than the one I taped when the show was on CBS.

What would it take to get you to record the eps in SP mode for me?

You can just mail two blank tapes and mailing fee so that way all 6 eps could be recorded in SP mode. Try to find 9 hour blank tapes

You mean return mailing fee right? I pay for the tapes and postage and you'll do it?

It's a shame Under One Roof only had 6 episodes. I'm sure it was a good show cause it has a good cast but i never watched it. I wish i had the TV One station.

Two years later and I never did send any tapes.

Pav had some good news in the blog today about the upcoming marathon of this show on TVOne in September, so I'll finally be able to record the episodes in better quality than I already have.

Starring James Earl Jones, Joe Morton, Vanessa Bell Calloway and Merlin Santana, "Under One Roof" is a drama following the ups and downs of the Langston family living in Seattle, Washington.

James Earl Jones plays Neb Langston, a widowed Seattle police sergeant who has to deal with being a grandparent and parent all over again. Having already raised two children, Neb is now raising his 16 year old foster child, Marcus (Merlin Santana).

Joe Morton plays Ron Langston, Neb's son who is an ex-Marine dealing with the pressures of starting his own business. His wife Maggie (Vanessa Bell Calloway), is moving from her role as a stay at home mom to a full-time working woman, following a 20-year career absence.

Despite the trials and misfortunes, the Langston family continues to keep it all together while living under one roof.

All 6 episodes will be shown during the TV-One marathon, Sunday September 3 beginning 1 p.m. Eastern

So did I. Now I can take it off my most wanted dvd list, since I know it'll never be released. A quality show though, should've lasted longer.
