Did anyone notice how much Gary changed thrughout the Diff'rent Strokes series?

It's almost like he aged fast in each season.

And each season his complexion has gotten darker and facially he looks completely different from the last season. For those who taped the marathon, look at the different "Diff'rent Strokes" intros from the first season to the last, and you will notice how different he looks.

Some may say it's because he was getting older but look at his change from the 1981-1986 seasons, he looks comletely different.

I noticed that too. I would've said because he was getting older would be the reason.

Remember when he wasn't in some episodes, like the Sam baseball one and the 1984 Gymnasts one, he was having surgery at that time, and after he came back he looked VERY different.

Yeah I know omg when I first saw an episode from the last seasons...during the opening credits it was like..omg! is that him?? Yeah he changed a lot.

This is something I caught he would be chubby in a couple of episodes then be skinny for a half season then be chubby again this is really apparent in 1981-1982, 1984-1985, 1985-1986
