Hi. I just came across this message board and it seems really cool. I am also new to Leave it to Beaver, but it was a favorite of my parents when they were growing up!

I'm starting to watch it now every day, and it is great! I've already learned a lot about the show by reading some of your posts! :)

How does the private message work...is it for something that you don't want to post on the board?

A private message is used if you want to talk to a particular individual only, without having the whole board see it. In order to send a private message, click on the little blue, "user cp" button up top. Once you click that, it has all different links or sections highlighted in gray up top. On the far right, (the last section) it says, "Private Messages". Click on that link. Then, at the bottom there is a blue button that says, "new message" or something like that. Click on that button to send someone a private message. An even easier way would be: If you look above every person's post there are little buttons or symbols. One of those buttons says, "pm" next to it, in very little letters. To PM that person, just click that button. LOL, I hope you understand now and I didn't confuse you more...
