Hi Jack,

They continued Three's Company with Three's A Crowd. That's why the ending seemed a little weird. Everything that happened after they all left the apartment was an intro to Three's A Crowd(the spinoff to Three's Company). They should start showing it soon, probably on TV Land. Janet and Jack had great chemistry and probably would've done better on Three's A Crowd than with Vicky. But at times, they acted like brother and sister. So, I don't know. Something TV has left us to think about. Just another 'What if'!

Hang in there, Jack! Things will get better.

Yep, one season. If ABC didn't pick up Diff'rent Strokes for a final season, Three's A Crowd would've stayed. I think ABC dropped the ball by letting it go. Sure, it might not have done great but Seinfeld didn't start off great either and look what happened there! I like Diff'rent Strokes but it was the last season--so what could it do in the long run for ABC?

Here's a reminder: Don't miss the Three's Company reunion tomorrow on the Early Show on CBS! I'm interested to see who shows up. I already know what Jack and Janet look like since I saw them 2 weeks ago but the rest, I'm not sure. I don't know how old that infomercial with Jenilee is so she could look different.

One reason Joyce DeWitt wasn't asked to be part of Three's A Crowd is because the producers of the show wanted to make a "fresh start" with a new cast. They wanted a show for John Ritter, and they didn't even tell the Three's Company cast about the spin off until the last episode was taped. Joyce and the other cast members were quite hurt by the treatment they received from the TC producers. I saw it on the E! show about Three's Company.

That was also said in the 'Come and Knock on Our Door' book in case anyone doesn't see the show. I don't think I've ever seen it on E! I'll have to check for it.

Yes, that would be nice. There's always a possibility it could be a Party Crasher Friday show for one week during Block Party Summer. Seeing there were I think 22 episodes, it could get very repetitive if it were on all the time. It's been so long since I've seen it. It had to be since the late 80's- early 90's when it was on WNYW in New York(FOX). It'd be VERY cool to see again.

DLT Entertainment told me that they have Ropers and Three's a Crowd for TV Land. As well as the 2 unaired pilots of Three's Company. All this will air on TV Land sometime this year!

I thought I heard TV Land, too--from somewhere a few months ago. I think adding the Ropers and Three's A Crowd would be an excellent choice!

As for the pilots, I never heard that part. That sounds cool!
