which one is your fave? Mine's obvious, but Charlie's Angels and Charmed rank up there as well

I say Buffy. It lasted longer than my second favorite, Charlie's Angels. CA didn't have too much action. It was just your run of the mill PI shows with females in the leads. In Buffy, there isn't an episode I've seen without action in it.

One thing I liked about Buffy was that even though there were big cast changes over the years, it didn't really take the quality out of the series over time. David Boreanaz and Charisma Carpenter left after the third season and it didn't hurt. The guy that played Giles left after the fifth season but he made recurring appearances in seasons six and seven. The only season I didn't really like was the seventh. The other seasons, I liked.

Wonder Women. I also like Wild Card on Lifetime. Zoe kicks butt, but in a different way, she relies on her mind, not her looks or fighting to get her out of sticky situations. Also, VIP rocked. oh and The Division is (or was, stupid Lifetime) awesome.

Is Charmed a girl power butt kicking show? After Alyssa became the star, it's been full of looks and about her. Basically Charmed sucks after Shannen was fired.

Buffy gets my vote, it's my favorite.

it used to be. When it comes out on DVD, I don't think I wanna get anything post season 4. I do think the show was still decent when Julian McMahon was one of the focal points of the show, but after they killed off Cole, the show has become fluff.

I am glad he quit Charmed. He is much better on Nip/Tuck.

Most of those shows are about women's sex appeal (including the one about the CIA agent who walks around half-naked). Though I'm not into Buffy, it relies on it less than the other ones.
"Girl power" sucks.

That was only one episode, its actually a pretty good series. Its like Bond with a woman.

haha then I always seem to tune in to that one episode. I've tried to watch it a few times, but I always see her in a bra or something. I've heard a lot of good reviews, but I just can't watch Garner without being reminded of the crappy Love-Hewitt show she did a while back.

early Charmed was a lot better... it didn't become a T&A fest until Shannen Doherty left and Alyssa Milano took over as the show's main star.

Am I the only one that enjoys the Paige years better than the Prue years?

well, the Paige years are more light and "family friendly". Whereas the Prue years, the show was darker and more suspenceful. I mean, even tho there were a few lame villians in the Prue seasons (remember the Ice Cream episode?), the villians in it were actually menacing, whereas now Charmed has become almost a kid's show. I can't think of a post-Cole episode that had any real suspence.

As far as the list goes I vote for Buffy, but If Alias was was on the list it would be a whole different story. Jennifer Gardner is the queen.

Charlie's Angels. I saw the reruns growing up and wanted to BE a Charlie's Angel. Seeing the episodes today through the eyes of an adult, they are REALLY cheesy. The show is still fun, though, and I'd rather watch it than a lot of the shows on the air today.
