That right there says it all -- the show was great when they got together -- but absolutely PERFECT when they were apart.

BTW -- I think Travels With Martin may be my favorite episode of the entire series.

I guess my favorite episode that centers around Niles and Daphne would be "Moon Dance." But my favorite Niles and Daphne moments are those small moments scattered in almost every early episode, like when Niles would start drooling whenever Daphne had her back to him.

The best is when Niles puts the meat behind his ear so Eddie will lick it because Daphne says how she loves a man that animals are attracted to.

I loved that episode - that was so cute!

As moments go:

I loved when Niles, Frasier, and Martin returned home to find Daphne standing there half naked! She tells them to turn around so that she could put on her robe - they all turn but Niles turns all the way hahahaha!!!!

Adventures In Paradise Part 1 - hahahaha- Martin and Niles are at the piano smoking cigars and Daphne comes out of the kitchen and says, "I'm going to miss these little sweethearts." Then Daphne does smoke rings and Martin says, Now there's a talent, and Niles is all mesmerized, says, "I'll say." Then Niles asked her how she does it and Daphne shows him!!! They get close and Daphne says, "Oh, it's really very simple. Let me show you, it's all in the tongue...That's right, just purse your lips and pucker up like a little goldfish." Frasier comes home and sees their lips so close, haha! He's like, "Niles, what are you doing?" and Niles replies, "I'm learning how to blow smoke." Frasier then asks, "Where?"

I love that one!

My favourite Niles/Daphne episode is "Daphne Hates Sherry" from Season 4. The tension between them is just incredible! It also happened to be the first episode I ever saw, and got me completely hooked...

This is kind of my "area of interest" as far as Frasier is concerned. Here, I reckon, are the all the episodes that contain key moments in Niles and Daphne's relationship over the years:

WOW! There are a lot in there that I have not seen yet. I loved Daphne and Niles sexual tension which lead to the glorious seasons 7 & 8!!!

It's very exciting watching Frasier and seeing Niles and Daphne together! Daphne was the reason I started watching the show in the first place, and then I saw Niles and fell in love, haha! I'm glad they got together - it was inevitable!

Season 4 is coming out in September, I believe, so I guess I'll rough it out 'til then! I just saw "The Proposal" last Friday and loved it! They are the cutest!

As that episode I mentioned was the first one I ever saw (it was new at the time) it was the Niles/Daphne thing that got me interested in the first place! Also the fact that Daphne was English, and I'm English. Oh, and I have Jack Russel terriers like Eddie - that too!

I fell in love with Niles instantly - must have been something to do with the way he talked, and also because he looked pretty fine in that white shirt... as you will see soon I hope...

I relate to Daphne and Roz, lol! I'm not british, but I do love them dearly! I'm a bit psychic, but only get visions in my dreams, really.

The first episode of Frasier that I saw was the finale! I knew who Jane Leeves was! She once hosted the 1994 Soap Opera Digest awards with Kelsey Grammer! - I'm still kicking myself for taping over that! Also I'm kicking myself again for not taping the Frasier cast on the TODAY show and Regis and Kelly *sigh*
