I know her CD came out a couple days ago and I was thinking about buying it, but I'm not sure what her other songs are like, all I've heard is Pieces of Me. For anyone who bought the album, can you just tell me how it is? Thanks!

Alright... I swore I was not going to buy this CD. I'm a rock-a-holic, and usually stand there mocking the hell out of pop music. A few of my friends who share the same tastes in music as me actually did go out and buy her CD, and fell in love with it.

So I went out and spent my last 12 bucks on this CD... I thought 'I must be insane', and all I have to say, is... I'm so glad I did. This CD is actually pretty damn good, compared to all the other pop-princesses out there, including her sister. The lyrics of the songs may not be that deep, but I'd take this over Brittney anytime.

All in all, my opinion is, it's a very good debut CD. I hope if Ashlee continues to record, she doesn't fall into the modern pop-media and turn trashy.

It is very, very good. It's mostly filled with female anthem songs but I still like it. If you watch the show, you'll recognize more than half of the choruses of the songs. It's kind of pop with an edge. According to Ashlee, "I'm not trying to be a pop star or a rock star." I'd take Ash over Jessica any day. Instead of the annoying ballads and runs, Ash has a raspier and more interesting voice despite a little studio magic help.

heard it on mtv the leak....didn't like it, don't recommend it...but it all depends on personal taste so go to mtv.com and see if you can still hear it on the leak before you buy it

OMG, I bought that cd yesterday, I highly recommend it, I think it's really good, lots of upbeat kinda songs, I really like it. I really prefer her to her sister
