I am developing Carpal Tunnel in my right wrist folks. A small 'knot' is now forming on it, so this, and future posts will be Cut and Pasted. (CC&P) from other LITB internet sources ,or shortened a little.

You can pick up a wrist brace from any medical supply store for under $15.00. :p

:wave: Thank You evermore. I have a VA doctor's appt. on Wednesday. I'll ask him for one of those braces. :crazy: Jimmy D.

My wrist does not hurt all of the time, just the positioning while on the computer and mouse. I don't wear the wrist bace all day, just when I need it while on the computer. I do find it more difficult to type with, but the annoying discomfort has gone away. They have wrist and hands braces for your right and your left hand. Within one week of wearing it off and on, I have seen a big improvement.

Just call or go to any medical supply store. This is not uncommon these days having carpal tunel.

Not yet evermore. I go to the Doc on Wednesday. Til then ,I must rest it a lot.
