Most of the time it's 2%, but every once in a while it's 1%. NEVER skim!

I don't really drink milk anymore. But I've always had whole milk. I could never drink less, unless it was the chocolate milk you buy, which is 2%.

Does anyone have their milk delivered to their house?

Milkmen, Women Make Comeback

UPDATED: 9:38 AM EDT July 22, 2004

CONCORD, N.H. -- Once a staple of American life, milk dropped off at the doorstep is seeing a resurgence in popularity.

But it's not your parents' milkman. The milk is more expensive, probably organic and available with an assortment of gourmet food. A New Hampshire couple operates a home-delivery service, and they're turning away customers. A California company is finding success by expanding coverage areas.

In 1963, home delivery accounted for about a third of milk sales. By 2001 it represented a mere .4 percent. An Agriculture Department representative said home-delivered milk sales were expected to level off, or increase slightly.

1. I hate all kinds of milk

2. People don't have milk delivered to their houses anymore, because theirs no point. You can go to the store and get it.

A few people do, especially if they live deep in a rural area and the closest corner store is miles away and they had no transportation to get there and maybe didn't have any farm animals to produce their own milk.

It's a small percentage nowadays, but it still does happen though.

Ahh, for any of you soy milk drinkers, do any of you drink Rice Dream? When I was little I was like allergic to everything, including milk, so I usedta drink Rice Dream and I remember LOVING that stuff. Finally I grew out of all those allergies but I love that stuff, ok, shutting up now.

I love milk and always use 2% but I can also drink 3.25% and homogenised milk, not interested in trying the others.

I only drink chocolate milk, and the jug says it is 1%, ...so, I picked 1% in the poll.

I drink like, one gallon of chocolate milk every two to three days. Is that too much? I can't help it though, I love it!:D

I don't drink milk straight very much, but for cereal and whatnot, soy

I can't drink regular milk, and soy is a lot better than goat's milk (what some doctor suggested I try...blegh)

I picked WHOLE as Im drinking it now :)

But in the 80s I didnt drink it alot and now I wish I had... It tasted better!! (The whole Mik had a taste to it that it doesnt have now (Even Organic) :()

This Organic Whole Milk from HORIZON (Grass fed - VIT D) milk does slightly have that same flavour but not as much...... I dont know if its the salt or fat that causes that taste Im thinking of.... Back then I didnt pay attn to ingredients like I do now.......

It's a long long time since I drank milk....if I did, I'd choose Whole but the best would be Raw Unprocessed Milk, and there is a lot said about the Raw milkers and raw dairy period.

The FDA does their thing and beats up the Raw dairy people as they refused to drink the crap the FDA adds to foods....some are OK, others pretty bad.
