This was a game show that aired on LifeTime once. What happened to it?

Lifetime decided to get out of the game show business in 1998, and Debt got canned.

They actually tested Debt in limited syndication in a few cities (New Orleans being one of them) around cancellation time, but it didn't perform overly well, so it went to the GS abyss..

I remember Debt! The show was hosted by Wink Martindale and he always led into the game by saying "All questions on Debt take the 'I am, you are format.'" That meant contestants responded by saying "You are....Wink!" It was one of cable's most successful game shows and a number of the show's writers went on to another successful game show Win Ben Stein's Money.

I remember Wink Martindale did his last game show he hosted was "Debt". I'm not sure that the new GSN would carry it. That's sad.:(
