Has anyone ever heard of these? My friends cat had kittens and two of them are Hemingways. Hemingway is another name for Polydactly which means extra fingers or toes. Anyways I had never seen or heard of these until today. I'm really not a cat person but these are so cute.

No, I haven't heard of that kind of cat, but I wonder if they were named after Ernest Hemingway because I know he really liked cats a lot. Even had his home in FL when you go visit it now you can see cats roaming around that are desendants of the original cats he had.

Yep, That's where they get the name from.

I've never heard of them. I looked them up on the web and found this site.
