I was looking at www.tvshowsondvd.com and they posted the box art for the first season of bmw.

Let's hope it features the real theme song.

I had a dream that I bought it and started watching it. And I saw the original theme. Well my dream's version of the original theme, anyways.

Although I have seen the original theme since I watched the show when it was new on ABC. I've forgotten exactly how it goes.

Hmmm I don't see why it wouldn't have the original theme song. It's really not that long. I did read thought that the Little House on the Prairie DVDs that came out, didn't even have the theme song on every episode, just like at the beggining of the DVD.

Now that would suck......

I do love the cover, but where's my Eric? Feeny, Mr and Mrs. Matthews, and Minkus should be on there too :)

Thanks so much, I got a email notification for it from tvshowsondvd.com I am so pleased, I mean it didn't make sense for them to add Topanga who was pretty much a guest star the first season, but not add Eric.

It's a great cover, I can't wait for it :)

Does anyone know if they will they release all seasons of BMW, or just season 1 on DVD? I'd like the entire boxed set.

If the first season sells well, we will eventually get all the seasons, probably 4-5 months apart or so.

There's rumor going around that Season 2 will probably be released in November, but no one's confirmed that yet though :)

Let's hope that season #1 sells well. There's been quite a response on Amazon.com already. Lots of advance orders. Nothing but good comments about the show!! I think it will sell enough for future seasons.:happyface:D

I think they'll definitely sell. The show is too popular for them not too sell :)

It's already got a pretty decent ranking on amazon.com, and as it gets closer to the release date, it will definitely get a better ranking :)

When does season 1 come out on DVD? I'd really like to get it. Now that I think of it I can remember that old theme song! I hate how they never have it anymore on TV!

The DVD comes out August 24th. It's supposed to have some great extras from what I've read, Rider Strong, Ben Savage, Danielle Fishel and Will Friedle are all taking part in the DVD set, so we will have some great commentaries and such

Did you see the original art? At first they didn't have Will Friedle on their, I'm glad they changed it. That would have been just wrong :lol:

I like the cover it's very eye catching :)

Will Friedle is on the cover but not on the discs , one has cory , other has shawn , and the other has topanaga!

I know, IMO that bites, cause Danielle was only a guest star the first season.

Yeah I saw that , It was kinda bad not having him, but that was only the early stages - they did add him.

As long as the episodes are uncut.... they could put the discs in a paper bag for all I care. :lol:

Thats not BMW , I know its a cross-over , but I doubt it , 1.Its not BMW , 2.There is a BMW episode like this on the same DVD.

Feeny should be on the cover too. I don't see why Topanga is on the cover, she wasn't a regular

I agree, they should have used a family pic of the Matthews, and then like had Topanga and Shawn and Feeny below that or something :)

you know she's on the cover because it will attract topanga fans. but yes there were some great cast photos, that would of made a good cover...

at least with season 6 and 7 promo photos, they either have ALL the main kids or 2 together...in each photo except maybe a couple..

I like the DVD cover! :)
