Who here besides me has driven through the great state of texas the long way, all via Interstate highway 10, all 881 miles of it. Tell me your experience.

i cant say i have experienced this.

:lol: I've driven along I-10 more times than I could say, but I can't say I've driven across the entire state.

Eh, forget driving the length of Texas I-10. I'd rather just fly over. Faster, Easier, a tad more expensive, but, a from-vertical view of the landscape has it's benefits too. Granted, you can't beat the scenery or the regional ambiance you'll experience driving, but, it's just an overall better thing, IMO.

Besides, if I wanted to drive around a state, I'd rather do Colorado. I've only been there once, and I already love the place. The natural scenery is great, and Denver is one of the better cities I've seen.

I've never driven through all of Texas. When I drive to get out of Texas, it only takes me like three hours.

I have, only because driving is what I do for a living. I don't think I'd do it in a car though!! I prefer to fly, too. I just didn't count each mile as I passed it. That would make it seem like it takes forever.

I've taken I-35 most of the way through Texas...all the way from Minnesota..then back...then back to Texas again in few weeks.

I've driven across it, around it, through it, and all up and down in Texas. Not too many places I haven't been through or by. My family lives all over the state so I've been ALL over I10...infact, I was on I10 a few weeks ago going from Austin to Houston. (Of course a few days prior to that I drove from South Padre to Austin)
