Man, this place brings back some memories! :lol:
I dunno how many of you will actually remember me and I doubt many of you would even care. But I've been reliably informed by an old friend of mine from 'Chit Chat' that some of you do still recall me from way back in the mists of time.
I was very surprised to recieve that email from little Miss Karly. I was also very touched that I was able to make an impression on some of you.
So anyway, basically I just want to say "hello again" to all my old friends and "nice to meet you" to those of you on here whom I've never spoken to before.
Thanks for caring. I never forgot about any of you.

Wow, it’s so cool that so many of you remember me! I see a lot of new faces here (in a manner of speaking) but there’s a hell of a lot of veterans still here too, eh?! I see some of you are still up to your old tricks and changing your usernames every 5 minutes :rolleyes: :lol: . I see that old chestnut “Meangya” is still in popular usage as well. You know, I never did find out what the hell that meant! :confused:
Thanks for asking how things are going with me. I guess things are OK – not great, but OK. I bought my own place in Glasgow in December, although I haven’t been able to move in yet. I’ve been hunting for a job closer to my new place all year but I’ve had no luck whatsoever so far. :(
Other than that there’s not been much happening to me. I’ve had to say “goodbye” to a few people whom I mistakenly thought were my friends but I’ve made a few new friends to balance it out. I’ve also met a really great girl. I think I might be in love with her but unfortunately she doesn’t reciprocate my feelings – we’re just stuck in Friendsville (but I guess that’s better than nothing, right?). I’m being a bit more sociable now aswell – the Mossopp is no longer a creature who never ventures beyond the confines of her bedroom, oh no! Having a place to crash in the city has been great cos it means I can go to a lot more concerts without having to worry about how I’m gonna get all the way back to my parents house afterwards. So far, since December, I’ve been to see CKY, The Ataris, Pink, Sugarcult, I’m going to see The Bloodhound Gang next month and I only just managed to narrowly escape being dragged to see The Rasmus aswell! Not too shabby considering that, prior to getting my own place, I hadn’t been to a gig in 3 years! :guitar: :drummer:
Anyway, I don’t want to bore any of you so I’ll shut up now. I just want to thank you again for remembering me – I never realised I was capable of making such an impression. Now that I’ve been back here I hope to stick around for a while and get to know everyone again.
