It is to late for a trader check but I only did a small 5 tape trade with her since I had a bad feeling from the start. But I really wanted to try to get this series she had or she claimed to have had. She has had my tapes since Saturday and I emailed her a couple of times this week and have not heard from her since Monday and she said twice my package went out. If she sees this post she needs to email me and I will let everyone know if I get my package. I live in South Carolina and she lives in North Carolina I would of already had my package by now and she got my package in 2 or 3 days.

Ugh reminds me of when I got ripped off by a woman in North Carolina too. The one you traded with from NC, was her name Rachel Green and does she live in Spring Lake, NC and live on a Gladiola Drive? Cuz I sent her $41 plus sent her 6 tapes and sent them to her in priority mail and it cost me a total of about $60 and she never sent me my tapes or my money back or anything even tho she said she got them! And that was back in Oct of last year!! Hopefully you didnt get ripped off by the same woman? Anyway good luck and I hope you get your tapes soon!

I remember the Rachel Green incident. Sorry to hear you were ripped off by her. This one I am talking about her name is Tonya. I heard from her when I posted this and she said something about a funeral until tuesday. But if she mailed my packaged last monday I would have gotten it by now. She got my package in 2-3 days. Again I'm hoping someone will post that they have traded with her before.

Although my transaction with Roxiemillion did not involve a tape trade, I did purchase a set of DVD's through her on eBay. I eventually did receive the item, but there's still a small problem in that the DVD set only contains 21 of the 22 episodes. Roximillion has promised to send me the missing episode on DVD though I'm still waiting for this to happen.

In the mean time, two other people I know of also purchased the DVD set off eBay. One eventually received the set (though with the same missing episide). The second person has yet to receive it and it's been at least two months; she's continued to communicate with Roxiemillion about it.

I'm hoping for a successful resolution -- either receiving the final episode or a refund. When that happens, I will certainly post something in this forum so that everyone will know that it's OK to do business with Roxiemillion.

Not to jump in, but what is the town address in NC? I had a horrible time dealing with a Tonya in NC and I never received a thing.

Traders try to help each other. Using multiple names, addresses, IDs, email account, websites, etc. is a common practice among bad traders. It is only a joke to someone who's never gotten ripped off by one of these con artists.

I emailed Tonya tonight to see if she sent it like she said she was going to. I will post if anything happends.

I hate to do this especially when things can be worked out. But how can you when you don't hear back from them. I have no choice but to post Tonya aka Roxiemillion officially as a bad trader. I will be posting her on other trading boards this weekend. Last I heard from her was the other week saying she had to redo two of my tapes and they were being sent that monday and I would of gotten them in two days. An update: I returned the DVD set certified mail with return receipt. The person has received it according to USPS tracking. I have -- respectfully -- asked this person send me a full refund, with a deadline of 09/17/04.

I'm pleased to report that today I received a full refund, apparently from the person's brother (Rob Santos).

To Collinwood2003 -- I'm interested in finding out what other trader boards you posted info about Roxiemillion on so that I can persue those in the future prior to my doing trades or purchases.

This is the only board I posted about Roxiemillion. But you won't believe this. I got her package late last week. I checked it out over the weekend and I was so shocked at the quality. She claimed to have taped it herself and it had lines through it and jumpy no matter what vcr I put it in.

Good for you Collinwood. I bought 3 poor quality Charmings DVDs from cactusflair which lacked a number of episodes through E-Bay. He promised to send another replacement disc but never received it and its been months!
