Might as well face it, you're addicted to the Internet! You've got all the classic symptoms of someone who's become seriously computer-dependant. You rely on email, messenger and chat rooms for social interaction and can't imagine a life without a keyboard, mouse and the comforting glow of a computer screen. If anyone threatened to take away your best pal (your computer) you'd literally freak right out. What would you do without your lifeline, your gateway to the outside world? Panic, that's what. While there's no harm in being tech-savvy, you may have gone a little over the edge. There is, after all, a real, non-cyber world out there. Shut off the computer once in a while and join the land of the living!

Answering everything honestly, I only got a 40!

Your score = 40

What does your score mean?

Cyber-socializing and all those nifty little online tools play an important role in your life, but they haven't taken over your entire existence...yet. While you wouldn't sell your soul for access to the Internet, you still have some of the symptoms of an online addiction. Being denied access to the computer for an extended period of time could cause you slight anxiety or just be a simple pain the behind, but that's about it. Why freak out? There is, after all, a real world waiting for you out there…one that doesn't require the roll of the mouse or a click of a button. Just keep your addictive tendencies in check and you should be able to avoid full-blown dependence. Next your time your eyes get glossed over and your hand cramps up from too many hours logged on, shut 'er down and join the land of the living.

Wow! Somehow you've managed to avoid the Internet-mania that's sweeping the planet. You might be just as web savvy as the next guy, but you certainly don't break out into a cold sweat when denied access to the net for a couple days. You may even think the whole web thing is a bit overrated and prefer to spend time taking part in real life - as opposed to the stuff that's going down on computer screens. For you, the Internet is a useful tool...not a way of life!

lol, actually I'm not web savvy at all and don't have time to be too internet obsessed.

Well,Sarah,I hope that you have a long enough arm or pretty long legs and plenty of money, because I think that that photo of Lars when he was about 8 or 9 is too long is to be put on a tattoo. Stick to a picture of him now but just small enough to notice.

P.S. When was that picture taken??? And no smart answers, please. For example, don't say 1492.

you don't have to prove yourself a fan by siding with Metallica when it comes to suing their fans. If it was an artist you hated, you'd probably be "those greedy *******s". I know plenty of Metallica fans who thought Lar$ got corrupt with money and greed over the whole Napster deal. Believe it or not, there are more "I only like Enter Sandman and One" people than you'll ever know... no need for them to buy the entire albums when THEY DIDN'T WANT THE ENTIRE ALBUMS.

um no if they were an artist i hated i wouldn't care if they sued them, if i was metallica i probably wouldn't have gone as far as as sueing but i agree with them so haha. and yeah the metallica board is full of people who still whine and cry over the napster thing, wah wah lars is so greedy. seriously this happaened years ago and keeping up the 'metallica is so greedy because they sued napster' thing forever is just stupid. people don't have to agree with them but it doesn't mean they're greedy. i think they sued victoria's secret a while ago because they put their logo all over their lipsticks and thong and no one gives them **** for that. they've sold 90 million records, why would they need any more money..

the reason people dislike Metallica over it is because of who they are. When someone like Britney Spears cries out against downloading, it's not shocking because she's all about the money and has never presented herself as anything less than a corporate puppet in it to sell millions. Metallica, up until 2000, always presented themselves as the type of guys who never forgot about their roots, and were always really cool with their fans. And then the whole Napster thing made it look like Metallica only cares about the money. I mean, they've sold over 14 million copies of The Black Album, I think they've made more than enough money off that album than to whine because 5 people who AREN'T Metallica fans, but liked Enter Sandman decided to download that one song to put on a mix cd or something.

If Metallica had the stigma of being anti-fan or greedy or whatever, the backlash wouldn't have been so drastic, but it was like they were completely different than what they were in the 1980's. Madonna also went off against Napster, but however, it didn't sting as badly because we all knew she was nasty to her fans and cared more about herself and money than her fans... but Metallica were supposed to be different.

yeah i could understand that, a lot of people got kicked off napster for having downloaded metallica songs. i don't have anything against them for it but it was pretty unfair nevertheless. and since napster has been back up they've made it so it's 99 cents to download a song so you don't have to worry about buying the whole album.
