Without a doubt in my mind, no contest....

The Dick Van Dyke Show.

Nothing comes close.
(although I like plenty of other 60s sitcoms.... although nowhere as much as TDVDS)

The Andy Griffith Show followed closely by The Beverly Hillbillies.

"Mister Ed" is my favorite. However, I believe "The Dick Van Dyke Show" is the best, quality wise. I also enjoy "The Monkees" and "The Munsters".
