Crap, I just found out that you have to have your receipt in order to get the DVD. Strikeout for me.

I'm not gonna bother I don't have the receipt either I ordered mine online. I don't care about the cartoon though.

I ordered mine online too but I still have the recipts and stuff, so I hope that will still work lol. As my dvd had the Gloomer's story cut off, and I'd like to get a replacement dvd with the whole episode. So I'll try emailing them and hopefully it will work for me too lol.
