I believe this was raised back in 2003 but I feel it should be brought up again. Why not a TV Shows On DVD board? The fact of the matter is that as time goes by more and more shows are going to be released on DVD and people are going to want to talk about it. Right now there are about 7 topics in the General Q&D board relating to DVDs.

I don't mind seeing them in the General Q&D board but I think perhaps having a set board to discuss DVDs would be a good idea. Stickies at the top with the latest releases, reviews, and then discussion threads for specific DVDs, shows you want on DVDs, where to get the best deals, complaints about prices, etc, etc.

It would make sense for an exclusive all inclusive tv-dvd board. Seeing as how there'll soon be contests giving away dvds here on the site. I could post my "what are you getting next Tuesday" polls there also.

I'm glad everyone liked the idea. I guess all that's left is to see if TJ likes it as well.

It would make the General Q&D board alot neater too, and would make it easier on people who want to find out what's going on with DVD releases :)

That way the General Q&D board can be more open to "blahblah vs. blahblah", top 10s, and "make your own schedueles"
