Another episode that just popped into my head that I haven't watched in years. This jumpy boarder was staying with them, who happened to be witness to a crime committed by this guy Frazee, who also played the piano during that Jimmy Pearson episode. Florida should've taken lessons from the old man. He took the money at the end, legal or not.
