Ok, I have a new question for discussion. Do you think DVD should have been a guest on the MTM show? If so, who should he have played? And if not, why?

Yeah, I agree with you, he definitely should've been on MTM show. I was really surprised that he wasn't, and I also agree that he should've played a boyfriend. Jerry Van Dyke *was* on the mtm show as mary's boyfriend once or twice.

I agree. They could've made a really funny show out of that. But maybe they thought people would get confused.. or maybe DVD was just too busy. Who knows.

yeah, I thought taht maybe they thought they would think people would get confused, because they were worried about making her single because they thought that it would make people thnk that she and dick got divorced or something. So I can see why they didn't use him, it's just a shame ,that's all.
