Lennie Briscoe and John Munch, Detectives with the NYPD and loyal French servant Jean Passepartout wasn't about to let arrogant federal agents get the credit and glory as the US Attorney's Office and Justice Department lawyers mettle their noses in a case. And DEA Agents Tim Donovan and his supervisor Mitch Hanson were furious and Captain Cragen and Lt Van Buren were mad at them. Van Buren, whom Passepartout liked a lot, loved it when Passepartout said that he needed to teach Agent Timmy some manners. The police department and NY District Attorney Authur Branch loved it but showed it in between inside. Hanson apoligized before Passepartout was going to send him on a stretcher with iv tubes through him and said that he sometimes gets too macho. Van Buren said Passepartout gets macho too.

Munch: Easy Passepartout!!
Passepartout groaning.
Then as the US Attorney made some snide remarks as well as the Justice Department officials, Detective Green grabbed the official and gave him a piece of his mind and grabbed him almost choking him.
Briscoe: Let's give them a piece of their own taste of medicine.
Elliott: Let's do
Elliott is trained in martial arts but nowhere an expert near as Passepartout. Briscoe and Munch were learning still but loved her teaching and Van Buren was starting to learn with her sons going into the military.
Justice Dept Lawyer Craig: No harm, no foul.
Green: Yeah but I will be watching your back boy.
As the fight about to ensure, Branch motioned both Jack McCoy and Serena Southernlyn.
Branch: Let's grab a soda you two.
Serena: But sir...
McCoy: You know that Branch look counselor..
Branch: My money is on the Passepartout
McCoy: I will second you Arthur...
Serena: Me three!!
Van Buren: Hey, me four
McCoy: I thought you don't bet Anita
Van Buren: Serves you wrong Jack.

As the ADA's were taking their money
on bets that the Frenchmen would whip somebody's rear,
The US Marshal overheard the conversation and said: Mind if I join you. I been wanting to beat the you know what out of those two lawyers. We do the work but them get the credit.
Then as the lawyers were grabbing the stuff with the black JD official coming and grabbing paper, the men and Passepartout began their fight.
Briscoe: Who would you rather take Passepartout?? Starsky or Hutch or the Charlie's Angels??
Munch: You know that Passepartout look.
Then as the lawyers were making snide remarks
AUSA: Hey no harm no foul you all
DEA Donovan: Hey we have to do our jobs
Munch: I will take Charlies Angles with men.
Briscoe: I will take Starsky and Hutch
Elliott: I think we have Oliva so she will take the woman down Bonnie and Clyde
Passepartout: Madamoselle Oliva, I guess you will take...
Oliva:(seeing Eliott step back with the woman to woman match)I will take Bonnie
Passepartout: I will take Clyde.

AUSA #2: Hey he is ours now.
"Hey fellows!!, you forgot about something??
Donovan:(smart alecky): Well, what??
Then Munch falls and does a sommersault and kicks the gun out of Donovan's hand and then kicks him in the groin.
Oliva then grabs the female AUSA and then punches her out as Briscoe then does some swift kicks and grabs the Sr DEA agent's gun and then burns it.
Branch: Shaolin minds
As the ADA's and US Marshal thoughly enjoy themselves,
Passepartout then does several roundhouse flips and kicks on the two AUSA's and then grabs the Justice Dept official and does a judo tomoenage on him and the official falls back as Passepartout lets out several electrical volts and fries nearly two AUSA and then turns them into dogs in their minds and Oliva then kicks the female attorney and then Munch then grabbs Donvan and punches him in the gut several times and then kicks him in the head and then Briscoe then unleashes his claws and then the Sr DEA agent, looking very, very afraid gives him the papers
Briscoe: That teaches you to mess with us locals as you call them. Either give them back or else be sent to DC in a body bag. Remember when you said that the murdered DEA agent had two kids well, this mother had four kids and she raised them on her own. Now they are parentless. See what we can do to you?? Now get out or else I will put you in a body bag. Either cut you some slack or beat the #$%@@.
Then the agent left as he got Donovan and as Passepartout then was badly beating the other federal prosecutors, they beg for their lives and promise to do a few things:
1. Give the police the credit they need
2. Give them back their files
3. Don't ever mess with the locals again or else they will have to deal with the Law & Order X-Men
Then the lawyers left fried and beaten and then as the people raised money on taking bets, Passepartout suggest that they give the cash to a children's hospital.

This when AUSA Claudia Williams was going to file charges against both Benson and Stabler for intefering in a US Marshal investigation. Then as Benson and Stabler were treated like animals by the arrogant Marshals, Passepartout wanted to pounce on Williams for allowing the very rough interrogation. Then as they were cleared, Passepartout said that if those US Marshal and AUSA creeps bother them again, he will let them have it and no ands, ifs, or buts.

Then as Claudia was going, Passepartout said that if they ever had those US Marshal creeps treat the NYPD Detectives like dirt ever again, he would find out where they live and come after them. And kick their #$$@! all the way back to Washington and sue the US Marshals and Claudia and ask the New York State and City bars to suspend her law liscense and have the Marshals handover their badges and guns over it. And have the FBI do an investigation on the Marshals and US Attorneys Office for harboring criminals, interfering in a local and state investigation, obstruction of justice, and reckless endangement against two law officers and assaulting two officers of the law.

"Listen Madam Williams and you two US Marshal creeps. You may have won this time and you may have jurisdiction on a national level. But this is OUR precinct. If the US Government won't watch you. I will. I will be watching your steps and watching your every moves. If you threatened these detectives again, you will be sent back to your spouses and kids on a stretcher. You send these two to Leavenworth, the last time your families will see you they will be staring at three bloodied and bullet stained bodies waiting for burial at the morgue. There will be shawdows that you all can't break." warned Passepartout.
"Hey, you better watch your tongue boy" said the older Marshal
"And you better hope that your wife doesn't become husbandless Pops!!" snided Passepartout.
"Hey that is threatening" warned the African American US Marshal
"You remembered how you said you would make Stabler sit down!!?? I will break every bone in your body if you hurt him or his family boy.
And Granps, I hope you don't treat your wife like you treated Benson. Did you parents ever tell you guys not to treat people like dogs??"
"Interfere and I will throw away the key" said the older Marshal
"Hey, what is this??" Passepartout opening his hand and...
"What is what??" said the older Marshal
PUNCH!!!!!!!!
Passepartout broke the older Marshal's nose.
Claudia went to get him a hankerchef as the man's nose was bleeding so, so, hard and warned the Frenchman to watch himself.
"And for you lady, I don't belive in hitting a woman but I will be in contact with your superiors and if you cross the line, I will make sure that the next time you and I meet, will be your last day on earth if I can help it"
Then he scratched the AUSA.
Then a commotion came. The locals loved someone sticking up for them.

"Hey you are saw that?? He assualted a federal officer!! He assualted a federal officer!!" yelled the older Marshal.
Then the precinct took bets and if they came back, the precinct will be the last place they will remember seeing in their natural lives.

"Easy Passepartout" gently said Captain Cragen.
Passepartout gave them a stare like he meant it. Really!!
Then as they left after the detectives were being cleared.
Passepartout promised to protect "his" people.
