I was looking at some John Ritter pics on Google and found this ad. Does anyone know where it's from? I think this special was before the whole Suzanne thing , since Suzanne is appearing in the special. Did anyone see this on TV when it came on?

The ad is probably from an edition of TV Guide.

As for the special, it was aired in either the spring or summer 1980, before the entire Suzanne debacle. Personally, I'd love to see this -- it'd make a great special event on TV Land or a nice special feature on a DVD (although I'm not holding my breath on either count).

I don't think it's been reaired since 1980, although they did show a clip of it on the Biography episode A&E made about John Ritter. Here are some screen caps from that clip:
