I know exactly what you're saying, Kay. When I'm feeling depressed, there are certain songs that I want to listen to. Some of them lift me up a little and some of them just make me even more depressed, but I listen to them anyway. Music is a good way to relieve stress, it takes some of the steam off.

Same with me, when I'm depressed I listen to songs that I can relate to depression-wise. Evanescence is great for that, as well as death metal.
