Honestly i really don't like that episode. I think because of the character's age, the show seemed to be slowed down a bit.

Gladys was another character seen too much. If they were seen off and on it would have been ok. Now a character who was seen a lot in her first appearance and it was OK!! was the brunette that Jack was dating in Mighty Mouth-LOL I'm just joking

Leo asked for it by trying to start up a convo with Jack's Date. He had to know she was sick of him at that point which is why she said what she said. I'm not saying it was right but Leo kind of asked for it when he decided to start up a conversation instead of just saying HI and that's it.
