Hi all!! I only recently stumbled across this board, and I thought I'd post and say hi. I'm a major Dick Van Dyke Show fan, but I'm an even bigger Mary Tyler Moore fan!! So it goes without saying that my favorite character is Laura. "Oooh Rob!" LOL. Favorite episodes? Geez, that's a hard one, but I'd have to pick (Being the MTM fan that I am, these are mostly ep's that feature Laura!) "Laura's Little Lie" "My Blonde-Haired Brunette," "Coast to Coast Big Mouth" and "The Curious Thing About Women". I love a host of others, but those are the ones that spring to mind.

Kristen,I like Laura too-because she's a lovely and charming woman.My favorite episodes involving Laura include the flashback episode where she and Rob met, and the episode where she lets a TV audience know that Allan Brady is bald.

Yeah, I liked the flashback shows too. I liked seeing how Rob and Laura got together. I always thought Laura was more sophisticated than most sitcom wives, especially for that time. She seemed much more involved in her husband's life than others. Maybe that's just me though! LOL

I also liked the DVD show where Laura inspired Rob to write a sketch about a wife who always opened her husband's mail.

"I told the salesman I didn't need a letter-opener.I had married one!"

I loved when she made Rob feel guilty about not seeing Richie in his school-show where he was a bunny because of a business trip.I think I liked that because of the nightmare Rob had where Laura is in a Playboy-Bunny costume....Hey,I am a man,after all.She looked beautiful!
