I would have to say Kelly. Not even Chrissy would call a person who shoots arrows an "architecht". :)

kelly bundy, chrissy realized the importance of women's rights to say the least. haha

i dunno, in the first couple of seasons Kelly was a LOT smarter; she actually got dumber as the show progressed

Cindy wasn't dumb,just clumsy.She was intorduced as Chrissy's cute,clever,but castrophically clumsy cousin

Kelly Bundy was a whole lot dumber than Chrissy Snow.
