Nick@Nite Note:
Starting July 28, for the last three Wednesdays of the summer marathons, the 1:30AM slot will be Three's Company instead of Who's the Boss? due to the number of airplays allowed for Who's the Boss?
So Wednesdays will be: Who's the Boss? from 10:00PM -1:30AM and Three's Company from 1:30AM-6:00AM for the last three Wednesdays of the summer marathons.

I can tell Who's the Boss? won't be airing two hours a night on regular schedules like Roseanne and Full House, because of the number of airplays for Who's the Boss?

How come they limit the number of airplays? Does the Program Exchange do that? If so, why?

I really don't know the content of this deal, but it's only a one year deal. Contracts only allow certain amount of episodes per year/contract.

That is strange.

Does this mean they won't show every season during this year? I hope not. :(

They will, but sometimes they might not show an episode because it has aired too much due to the number of airplays allowed.

Beats me, but maybe next time around (after they complete each season) they will skip some of season one, since some episodes from season one will have aired at least three times (marathon, rotation one, and rotation two).

That's what I was thinking, when they reair Season 1 that means that the pilot will have aired 3 times within a few weeks, same with a few other season 1 episodes.

yeah they do that with Wings ocassionally, they tend to skip episodes at times.

Just so they show the episodes in order, it's easier to tape them that way :)
