What ever you write as your name, an interviewer will call you by the same. TVFactFan 08-04-2004, 05:38 PM Originally posted by laneyday Was that name on his application? J.J never filled out an application, the guy who offered him the job heard everyone calling him J.J. and referred to him as J.J also. I just thought since he was supposed to be the guy hiring him it would have sound a lot better to say Mr. Evans laneyday 08-05-2004, 03:56 PM Not necessarily. Not even in the real world. Brian Damage 08-07-2004, 01:27 PM Actually Solomon, I work in the media, and there is a guy I work with now who actually is called J.B. His real name is James, but prefers to be called J.B. Everybody at work knows him and calls him by that name. So it is not completely unusual. But the guy who hired him would not have called him J.B. before he started the job. I think-lol Brian Damage 08-07-2004, 02:00 PM Who knows? |
