I don't know how to read a map. I guess that's why i wouldn't wanna live anywhere else but Cleveland cause i would have a hard time finding my way around a new city.

I have so many road atlases and street maps in my room. :) Very good in Geography. If I don't know where a town or county is, it doesn't exist. ¤I Love Clay Aiken¤ 06-28-2004, 02:53 PM I can read a map, though not always right. dawsongirl 06-28-2004, 03:11 PM I can read a map pretty well. PZelda 06-28-2004, 03:12 PM I can, but I'm not too good w/ subway maps (mainly because we don't have a subway system where I live) Janice 06-28-2004, 03:49 PM I can't read a map to save my life. The map could be upside down, and it would be all the same to me. Czas na Zywiec 06-28-2004, 03:50 PM I think I was born with some sort of geography/mapping skills cause I can find my way around anywhere. Hand me a map I've never seen before and I'll memorize it after looking at it for a few minutes. Unfortunately, I've always been good with geography and directions... I always have to shout to people driving when they're going the wrong way on rotaries and are about to get us killed. Those from MA will know what I'm talking about :o TheHappyBurgerMeister 06-29-2004, 03:22 AM I can read a map. I don't understand why some people can't read maps. I mean all you need to know is North, South, East, and West and you're all set. To me reading a map is just like reading in general. Just comes naturally! Why don't you just stop, and ask for directions? isiahthomas 06-29-2004, 10:33 AM I don't wanna always stop & ask strangers for directions all the time when i'm lost. Chelsea 06-29-2004, 12:57 PM Map, schmap. Who needs a map?! Oh yeah, I do... It's very simple. phoebe7165 06-30-2004, 09:38 PM Well, since reading a map is a main part of my job, I read one very well. I learned to read one when I was really young though when my family would go on road trips. |
