Yes, but the rights for Seinfeld on TBS are EXCLUSIVE (Turner only)

The rights to The Cosby Show AREN'T exclusive (Meaning any station/network that wants to show the series just needs to ante up the money)

Friends, hmmm I say about 2015 maybe, same with Frasier and Home Improvement

Family Matters seems like it'd fit great on N@N.

Possibly maybe N@N would carry Boy Meets World, by then the show will be 17 years old, and have been cancelled for 10 years.

but by that time all these shows might have the whole series on DVD too :)
