Hey TJ,

I got an idea for the site how about a place where we can compile all the updates on various cases which people have found on the www. or know about and UM hasn't updated their cases.

For example the disapperance of Angela Hammond (girl who was abducted by a man with a fishing illustration on that back of his van) has been basically attributed to a man who commited several other murders in the early 90s.

There are quite a few of them like that (Bobbi Parker is another one that comes to mind)

It might be a good idea to compile them all into one place because a lot of people post new information in threads but then it gets moved down the board as time goes by.

Finally anyone remember the bizzare story of a girl who was being harassed by students in school and then one day apparently they broke into her house beat her up, ranksacked the house and then bound and gagged her, with one assailant leaving a phone by her body (in her opinion "because he felt sorry for her") - The police seemed to this it was all a ruse perpetrated by this teenage girl.

Anyone remember this or have any opinions on this bizzare case?

Later.

Was that the story where the girl claimed not to remember the incident and then she started having seizures and she slowly started to remember? If so I remember it. I don't recall anything about her being harrassed at school though but I may be thinking of a different case.

Same case and I think she stated in the interview that she was a bit of a loner and maybe was singled out for the attack. This is a weird case because there are so many variaibles.

1 - Why was the house ransacked yet nothing stolen.

2 - Why were there no true visable signs of forced entry.

3 - If the attackers knew the girl why didn't they try to do more harm to her then they did. I mean you really got to "have it in" for somebody to break and enter into their house. The only thing that can ring true here is they were "trying to throw a scare into her" which while cruel is a plausible solution but that brings me to my next variable

4 - Okay, the girl is tied up upstairs and these teenagers are ransacking the house, why didn't they steal anything. Yeah again you could rationalize maybe they just made a mess of things because of some juvinile whim but not one of them (and I think she said there was a whole hoard of teens) lift one thing out of the house is beyond me.

I dunno it makes you wonder, I want to believe she is telling the truth but if she is the case is one of the most bizzare UM has ever profiled.

That sounds like a good idea JohnMill, how about you compile that information and e-mail it to me and I'll try and add it to a section on the site?

I speculate that they didn't find what they were looking for. The home invaders might have heard some information that erroneously implied that the girl's house had a certain item that they were after. What the item (or items) could have been is anyone's guess. I know this is just speculation, but it might explain why nothing was stolen from the house.
