I just received an e-mail from Deep Discount DVD that my season 5 set shipped today (Fri. June 25.) Let the countdown begin!!! I am so excited to get this set. B&W Fan, you must have gotten the same message. At last our dream will come true! We will have all 5 seasons of The Dick Van Dyke Show on DVD, uncut and remastered. Remember when we didn't think this day would ever come?! It's here at last!

I ordered mine from Deep Discount DVD also, so I'm hoping to get my shipping confirmation soon. :D

I'll get mine at Best Buy on Tuesday--where I got the first 4 seasons at. Anyway, Dick Van Dyke may not be in 1st place in my books, but the DVD Season Sets do come close, especially with all eps. unedited, plenty of bonus features, and not to mention the chemistry of Dick & Mary--alias Rob & Laura.

Go to DDD and get into your account info and see if it has shipped. It may have and they just haven't notified you. I am getting very excited for it to come!

It still says open with the ship date of 6-29. Just as long as I get it by the end of the week, I'll be happy! :D

Well, I just got a confirmation that my season 5 set has shipped. However, it doesn't look like it's going to get to me until next week. :( I guess I should have stayed with Amazon.com. That's ok though. I saved some money with the free shipping. :)

Ooh, this is SO tempting, what with the reasonably favourable exchange rate! I haven't even gotten S4 yet though, I'm *trying* to be patient and waiting until they are all released here (Australia) although I caved and got S3 off ebay (it's still not out here either!!) :p

I got EMail from Amazon today telling me that Season 5 has been shipped, so I expect to see it in my mailbox on Wednesday, since I've gotten the last two sets in the mail from Amazon on the day after release date. I'm looking forward to it. I'm not sure which set of extras we'll get, since I know in at least one place, we've been promised more commentary from Rose, Ann, and Larry again, which I'd love to hear.
