Actually, we're at about 1,817,718 but we're getting closer.

Let's see the 1 million post mark was reached on August 21st, 2003. It took since February 2000 to reach that milestone. I'd love to see more posts on some of the sitcom and tv related boards though. It's too bad some people only post on Chit Chat, but atleast they visit that part of the boards. I guess it's not unusual that the Chit Chat sections are the most popular areas of many boards.

They should make a contest out of it. Keep the post totals hidden, to keep it fair, but have someone monitor the number as it nears 2 million. Whoever posts the 2,000,000th post gets the tv-dvd season set of their choice. Nice idea, ya think?

They did that at another board I go to :) But they didn't get a prize, they just got some custom title under their username or something :lol:

Hey guys, let's make TJ a happy guy. For those who only visit Chit Chat or General, and I'm guilty of that a lot myself, let's make a special attempt to post on the sitcom boards. Just choose one or two of your favorite shows, and post there more frequently.

Anyone on board with this? :)
