Folks, can you reach an agreement and talk to people with NBC and get rights to air (Classic) Concentration with Jack Narz and Alex Trebek on GSN. So (Classic) Concentration is owned by NBC & Mark Goodson Productions and GSN should put more Mark Goodson shows that they owned the Mark Goodson schedule.

They don't own the Goodson-Todman library, they leased it. And NBC simply won't let go of any of the Concentration shows. Like TPIR, I'm sure GSN would love to get Concentration if only NBC wasn't so stubborn.

It would be great if GSN could work out a deal with NBC to air the Jack Narz version of Concentration and Classic Concentration with Alex Trebek. Maybe that would also include the original version with Hugh Downs and Bob Clayton if they discover "lost episodes>"

But (Classic) Concentration wants more money to get rich and famous for the rights to air?

I bet all the classic game shows have been erased!! They erased all of the game show classics like 1950's - early 1980's.

I'm sorry, but I'm just very sick and tired of this forum member posting glorified statements over and over in the same friggin' thread. I can't make sense of them half the time, and it's just a waste of bandwith and space.

I wish a moderator would do something about it. I don't think it should go as far as banning Alva, but at least try and get it through to him that his actions are not appreciated. Thank you.

Alva, PLEASE, Stop posting the same things multiple times per thread. The reason that most people didn't reply is, that, quite honestly, the GS board isn't as popular as other boards on SO, and people will get around to it later. Also, your posts are just a little bit out there for most people's tastes.

And, as for everyone else: Go easy on Alva. I'd like to see Concentration too.

And I'd just like to restate, again, for the record, that ANY SEMBLANCE OF A PERSONAL ATTACK OF A USER WILL *NOT* BE PERMITTED.

I contemplated editing, but I'm gonna let the post stand, just to address some points.

First, I do believe that it was just a general statement about wanting to see Concentration. Nothing wrong with a general, random statement.

Secondly, if you can't make sense of a thread, down a couple of pints and then try :-P . (I'm just kidding, DON'T TRY THAT AT HOME KIDS). Seriously, if you can't make sense of a thread, then just walk away from it.

Comments like the above WILL NOT be tolerated, as they are QUITE obviously a violation of the board Rules.

And. for what it's worth, we don't have ANY control over the Concentration library, so there's not a blessed thing we can do about where it airs, if it airs, and how it airs. Sorry, that's the way it is.
