One of my favorite episodes was Van Ranseleer's Operation when they revealed he was loaded. This was yet another angle they never fully vetted out. When Murray left and Archie needed a new partner you'd think Mr. VanR would easily be able to afford to buy half the bar. It would have been better with him as a silent partner periodically clashing with Arch while maintaining his anonymity.
