I've given up on N@N. I'm just watching the episodes I have on tape and praying for a DVD release real soon.

I really doubt it will do any good. Alot of people are saying N@N will get rid of Wings when they add Murphy Brown and Fresh Prince this fall. They keep this up, they won't have any room for shows on their schedule, I gotta feeling the double double takes of Roseanne, Cosby and Full House are gonna have to be cut :D

I hate to say it, but NICK probably WILL axe "WINGS" when those new shows get added to the schedule.....although I hope that NICK isn't planning on running TOO many back-to-back episodes of "Murphy Brown"....
Don't get me wrong....I'm a big "Murphy Brown" fan and think that the show was very funny, with an extremely talented cast....but that series has a reputation of doing TERRIBLY as a syndicated rerun show. Several station managers and program directors have theorized that the character of Murphy Brown is just too caustic and abrasive for people to watch her day after day.
When the series was on CBS and shown once a week, it did GREAT...but unleash Murphy on viewers every day in a rerun "strip" format and those viewers get turned off fast!
So if NICK thinks that they're going to run double episodes (or maybe MORE) of Murphy Brown and have it be a big hit, they may be in for a BIG surprise!

although i don't even want to think about it, but i must admit that i also think Wings will soon be axed by N@N. :( i would be the happiest person if N@N proves me wrong.
i believe N@N aired the 162nd episode this Monday. So, there's only 10 eps left.
i was so hoping that it will run it again, but why would they if they already have new shows coming soon. also, they're already giving the show bad treatment so i think that in itself is a sign.
do you think that it has a chance being picked up again by USA network? it still has a link in the network's website, which is good.
