for 227 seem similar to the one in Bab I'm Back? Both shows set in the same city-Washington-D.C and those Apt buildings look the same. BTW, Pearl starred in Baby I'm Back which makes 227/Baby I'm Back so Similar.

I thought I was the only one who noticed the similarity between the buildings! I have never mentioned the similarities between the two shows because not enough people on these boards have had the chance to see "Baby, I'm Back." The sets certainly did look like one in the same. Maybe somebody who worked behind the scenes on "Baby, I'm Back" also worked behind the scenes on "227", that would explain the similar settings.
