Did anyone notice on some of the episodes were cut off some how? Like in "Take My Finals, Please" they edited the part when Tootie is singing "Celebrate", I mean come on! Why would they do that to the episodes?!?!

They do that so that people who cry and cry and cry to see their favorite sitcom, even if it doesn't perform well in the ratings, can see that sitcom. They do it so that they can make money so that they can bring to you the product which they do. They do that so that you can see the show that YOU want to see. Without editing scenes and adding commercials, there probably wouldn't be a TVLand because the ratings probably wouldn't be good enough to support a channel showing classic television shows like TVLand and without that channel, you don't get to see The Facts of Life.

did anyone notice in Teenage Marriage that the "Vidal Sasson" part was new to me, N@N edited it out! I thought it was neat to see that.

Yeah, I think they added scenes to "New York, New York" and "The New Girl"

N@N also edited out a few scenes from
"Take My Finals, Please". One scene they
edited out was after Blair reading a
romance novel and I love that scene.
Natalie: "Great going Blair, you go from
food to sex and I can't have none.
I thought that line was a classic.

I know they have to sell commercial time to pay for the shows, but is FOL so high dollar that they have to sell 10 minutes of time for each episode? I don't think they're trying to pay for the shows, I think they're trying to line their pockets.

It was edited the exact same way when N@N showed it. I heard that Columbia/Tristar edited them that way, but don't quote me on that, because I know those eps were edited differently when they aired on USA.
