I went to that site when it was shut down. I think it was terminated because I read this on CJB's policies page.

material that promotes, encourages, or provides instructional information about illegal activities;

any software, information, or other material that contains a virus, corrupted data, or any other harmful or damaging component;

sites that promote, encourage, provide, or distribute pirated software ("warez"), pirated music, pirated movies, or any other pirated material;
