I got the same response when I wrote them several months ago.

I have tried to send several messages, mine are always returned as failed delivery, i even asked Dai to send one on my behalf as she has gotten the same reply you gals did and it was still returned.
so i signed up to be alerted as to Newest dvd releases and when they sent me one saying that the first season of nip and tuck(?) was coming out i hit the reply button and asked if and when CATM was going to be released, because of the 30th anniversery, Freddie's 50th and the recent visionary award this would be a great time...and as yet no response.
Now we can add the star on the walk of fame to the least of reasons to release it.YEAH!!!!!!
