I'm deciding between taking a job at either Spencers Gifts or American Eagle. I was offered one at both(spencers as soon as I handed in the application), and now I have to decide which to take. I'm probably going to be working nights, since I'll be working at a day camp until 1PM. I think Spencers would be more fun and easier, but i'd probably get along with the people at AE better.http://img7.photobucket.com/albums/v17/lalala/help.gif

I'd take American Eagle. I'd get sick of Spencers after the first couple of days.

Whichever one has the most money. If theyre both paying the same, write down a bunch of pros and cons for each one. Which one will be more fun? Which boss is better? Where will I get along with everyone more? Which one will be the busiest? etc...

If theyre both in the same mall, you could always take both, and make it so you alternate days or whatever. But that would be a pain the ass and I wouldnt do that.

Look at the pay first off, then the hours(if you want to work more, more money, work at one place, if not go with the other), if they are very similar or you don't mind, then look at how much fun it would be at the store and the management.

If all else fails, look at the employee discount. Would you rather have more Spencer's stuff...or AE clothes? Cuz I mean if they give you a discount, you might as well use it.

I agree with Crystal about busiest...there is nothing worse than having nothing to do at work...or having nothing to do, but the boss is there, so you have to make up **** to do.
