I think the episode you are thinking about is "No More Mr. Nice Guy". It's a season 1 episode and the sweathogs dance into the classroom after Woodman yells at them. Here's the episode description from tvtome.

I was wrong. In the episode No More Mr. Nice Guy, the sweathogs do a little dance in the hall. The episode you are thinking about is "Mr. Kotter, Teacher". I am 100% sure this is the episode you are talking about. I just saw it.
