From an internet interview with Greg Daniels & Mike Judge.

There is specualtion that the 9th season of King of the Hill could be their last season since their contracts to the show expire then. However repeats of the series can be seen soon on either FX or TBS Superstation this fall when reruns to cable are available. although none has been mentioned. This could be the end of one of TV best animated comedies along with the paired "That '70s Show" which is rumored to end next season although the casts are willing to go on for at least until 2006 pending. So if this is true then this will be the end of an era for the 1-2 knockout shows on TV!:(

Though nothing has been mentioned at this time. More later!

The 70s show completely jumped the shark, im not sure if it is when donna started going to catholic school or when they changed Laurie. Basically, should have just had them graduate from Highschool, Eric and donna get married, and it be over with.

As for King of the Hill, it has had a respectable 9 year run, and I see no reason to continue it out much longer, though I fear Fox will replace it with another worthless show. (Their only good shows ATM are Arrested Development and Bernie Mac)

maybe Mike Judge can revisit B&B now since KOTH is the reason Beavis And Butt-Head ended in the first place!!!
