Rudy:Peanutbutter & Pickles

Cliff:Peanutbutter & Pickles? That's the safest sandwich in the house!

Danny Tanner never made me laugh.Except when he thought he was funny

As a father he was clueless about the way he dealt with his girls. If it wasn't for Joey and Jesse and Becky coming along later those girls would had been traumatized by his control freak nature and his corny rambling. It was great in the episode when Danny went to Steve's wrestling practice to stop him from dating D.J. Steve took Danny down hard when they wrestled.

Please, the only reason most of you people are putting down Cliff Huxable is because N@N ran The Cosby Show to the ground. I was already expecting the see the most votes for him. True, it's been rerun to death and the jokes probaby don't appeal to you anymore, but you can't just flat out say Cliff never made you laugh. If N@N never picked up the series, there wouldn't be nearly as many votes for him as there are now. This thing with everyone constantly ragging on The Cosby Show and putting all the characters in the worst category for every single post on this board is getting real old.

Just my thoughts.

Exactly.
All of these types of threads should include the rule.... from a TV show you LIKE.
Because if it doesnt, all we get is a disguise for "what's your least favorite TV show that happens to have a dad?"

And about Cosby Show always getting bashed, no show gets bashed more than Full House (except maybe Thats So Raven) so dont complain about Cosby.

But Full House is bashed for a valid reason.... it's corny. And this is coming from someone who likes the show.

The Cosby Show, on the other hand -- is (for the most part) hated because of being overplayed. But in a few weeks.... Full House, Roseanne, and Three's Company will all be more overplayed than TCS. I wonder how people will react then.

Even though I love Three's Company and am glad that they're bringing it back on the air after being off the air for a period of time,I think it should be on for only an hour a day. That's what they should do to all shows whether they are liked or not

Did I say it was a fact? No.
Is it still a valid reason? Yes.

Full House is NOT a smart show. It's not really creative, and its hardly original. Any fan shouldn't be so naive that they can't see this.
I was just stating that "Full House haters" have a much better reason to hate Full House than "The Cosby Show haters" with The Cosby Show.

You keep using opinions as an example!! There is no better reason to bash Full House than the Cosby Show. Full House isnt corny IMO, and Cosby Show isnt. Full House hasters have NO more right to bash Full House than Cosby Show haters do. Gosh, youre using opinions and untrue statements as facts. Not corny? That's why the young audience is attracted to the show. Danny Tanner had no idea how to raise the kids... if it hadn't been for Joey and Jesse coming along they probably would have wound up in the street.

How untrue.

Anyway, FH being corny is an opinion. If you wanna bash someone for their opinion, than you better check the dictionary and look up the word "opinion." This thread will be closed soon.

That episode where Stephanie drives the car into the kitchen was so unrealistic. "Honey, it's a bad thing that you drove the car into the kitchen, but as long as you're safe. Oh you'll still be grounded though!" Cue big hug. If I had done something as stupid as that, my parents would have beaten the living daylights out of me and I'd most likely still be paying for it to this day.

Give me an example of joke where you actually have to think, or have the mind of an 8 year old to understand??

A LOT of great sitcoms aren't smart....
I Love Lucy and Three's Company are the best examples.... they're VERY funny, they have huge fanbases, and they've been airing forever.
Are the great classics.... yes.
Are they smart? Hell no.

Im a HUGE fan of I Love Lucy.... but it would never make a list of "smart" shows.

Hell, The Cosby Show wasn't smart either. And thats in my Top 5.

And Im not saying a show has to be smart to be good, I like a lot of shows where no thinking is needed. Im just stating the FACT that Full House is not a smart show. Doesn't mean its bad, just means its not smart.

Some things that arent for kids on Full House:

1. Joey telling Michelle that Jesse and Becky are paying their bills when they are reall....well, you know
2. An underage Kimmy getting drunk
3. Stephanie going to a makeout party
4. Danny and Vicky making out on the couch
5. Jesse and Becky talking about having a baby, and than they get in bed and the lights turn out.

That's exactly why it was for kids. If this were a show for adults, Jesse and Becky would've talked about sex while Stephanie wouldve gone to an orgy.

Its not a show that adults wouldve watched the first time through, its basically modern nostalgia, if that makes any sense.
