Someone thought it would be fun to write me a message on my hoodie. The hoodie I just paid $50 for and cant get again since I got it at a concert. How would I get the ink out? I'm not good with this crap.:)

That sucks. Seriously. My friends bro is a bastard and likes to write on me with permanant marker like on my face and crap, and once he got my jacket. I seriously wanted to kick his oreos in. *sigh* Umm.. what color is the sweatshirt? Id try those new bleach pens if its white...

It's black, but the writing and detailing crap is white, so thats what they wrote on. bastards.

Okay, if the ink is permanent, you're probably in trouble. But I would try putting Dawn soap (ya know, the kitchen soap) on it, rub it on the stain and then wash the shirt in the washing machine. Some people say Dawn works better than Shout for ink stains.

If, and only if, it's thin and is 100% cotton, then you can easily get it off with colon or perfume. (This is due to the polarity of the inks I would think.)

Just a few sprays will do the job. But, make sure to place a piece of napkin underneath to catch the excess ink!

However, in the event that it becomes worse, don't say I didn't warn you. ;)

I remember in 9th grade, in our computer class instead of a chalkboard, we had the white board. Well anyways, one day the teacher wrote on the board with a permanant marker by mistake, instead of a regular one. Well, she couldnt get it off, so what one kid did was take the regular marker and go completely over the permanant marker writing, and then erased it. Bam, it was all gone. I dunno if itd work on that, but if you take a washable marker, it couldnt hurt.

Also, have you ever heard of Goo-Gone? Oh, and since you said the part its on is in fact white, if all else fails, get the new Clorox Bleach Pen, but just be careful to get it on the white only.
