I think this production company put up some very well made dramas. I like
White Shadow
St Elsewhere
Hill St Blues
the best. They also did LA Law, Lou Grant and some others like Bay City Blues that never caught on. Does anyone else like their shows?
Of their comedies Taxi is the only one that really held my interest.

L.A. Law was a Steven Bochco production for 20th Century Fox.
Taxi was produced for Paramount by John Charles Waters Productions.

Of their comedies Taxi is the only one that really held my interest. I liked White Shadow and St. Elsewhere although I didn't get into the later until it went into syndication. Lou Grant was good. As for sitcoms, WKRP In Cincinnatti was one of my favorites. I also liked Rhoda and of course MTM.

St. Elsewhere is one of my favorite dramas, and one of the only dramas I'd get on DVD.
Hill Street Blues -- not so much.
Lou Grant -- I've never seen it, but I'm dying to. And if it does come to DVD, I wouldn't hestitate to buy it for a second.
