As a mother I would like to say that I have the deepest respect for all of the posters to Freddie's message board.

I know that Freddie thought the world of his mother.His mother thought the world of him.My heart aches for all mothers who have lost a child.
Through places such as this, Freddie is not forgotten.His life is shared here and his memory is not forgotten.On behalf of all mothers I thank you with all of my heart.

I wish someone would have been there that Freddie could have confided in during his lowest moments. After seeing the 2nd annual TV Land awards my heart went out to Freddie Jr.

and trying to post a reponse to your beatiful sentiments for two days now i hope it goes through today.

Sitcomfan1,I appreciate your reply.Like you I wish that Freddie was not taken from his parents or us.Freddie did not want to be taken.Freddie wanted help.Instead of getting the help from a trusted person,he was enabled by the one that he did trust.This person is the doctor that prescribed the controled substance that lead to the tragic loss of Freddie.Why was he prescribed that medication that was given to him.It is a mind altering drug that had tragic results.Freddie went to his doctor seeking help.Don't doctors take an oath to protect and preserve life?Knowing that Freddie was going through a divorce and in the mist of losing everything to the divorce and being depressed,why would a drug be given to him.If it sounds harsh that I am speaking negative about the doctor,I am just going through the facts.The fact is that Freddie did not need the prescription that he was given.I am not in the medical field but you do not have to be a doctor to understand this.I am hurt that Freddie was taken from his family and his fans.Freddie would never have inflicted the pain in his dear mothers heart if he was not under the false provado of a mind altering drug.He loved his mother too much to have her carry the pain that she does.My heart hurts for Mrs Pruetzel and it always will.Freddie did not take his own life,it was taken from him.This was proven by his mother.A mothers love proved a sons love for his mother by the findings that were brought to light by Mrs Pruetzel when she enacted an investigation into his death.The love of a mother cleared her son's good name.She could have dwelled in the horrible pain of his loss and done nothing.Instead she rose up fought and won. A mothers love.

Does anyone know if tvland will run Chico and the Man on Freddies birthday??

I haven't heard but i know we are all hoping they will air it again
