What is Gomez Addams' occupation? He had been spending a lot of time at home with his family, but he didn't seem to work for a living.

He's a lawyer, but by his own admission a terrible one. As I remember, he's a defense lawyer, but like an anti-Perry Mason, he loses all his cases. I guess he inherited all the money around the mansion, along w/ the mansion itself.
